Ingredients
  • Star Anise Foods’ GLUTEN FREE Brown Rice Noodles with Org Green Tea ½ lb
  • Tofu - cubed fried - ½ lb
  • Carrots - shredded - 1lb
  • Cabbage (Napa Cabbage recommended) shredded 1½ lbs
  • Olive Oil ½ cup
  • Dry Roasted Peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Limes wedged 1 each
  • For Dressing:
  • Garlic chopped 3 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 3 tsp
  • Rice Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Tamarin ¼ cup
  • Sugar ⅕ cup
  • Paprika ⅓ tsp
  • Olive Oil ½ cup
Instructions
  1. METHOD OF PRODUCTION:
  2. Rehydrate noodles (Soak Noodles in hot boiling water for 2 mins. Drain & Rinse to avoid noodles sticking together.)
  3. Sautee carrots and cabbage quickly in olive oil (1 min) and set aside.
  4. Blend dressing ingredients and set aside.
  5. Toss salad ingredients. Leave dressing separately. Dress at service. Garnish with Peanuts & Lime Wedges.
