  • 0.5 lb Star Anise Foods' GLUTEN FREE Brown Rice Noodles with Org Green Tea. ]
  • 1½ lb Cauliflower
  • ¼ lb Red Onion
  • 1½ lb Carrots
  • 1 cup Green Onion
  • Dressing
  • 0.25 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3 TB Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Garlic
  • 3 TB Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flake
Instructions
  1. Rehydrate noodles (Soak Noodles in hot boiling water for 2 mins. Drain & Rinse to avoid noodles sticking together.)
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients and set aside
  3. Toss salad ingredients. Leave dressing separately. Dress at service.
