Carrot Cashew Green Beans Brown Rice Noodles

Ingredients
  • 4 squares Star Anise Foods’ GLUTEN FREE Brown Rice Noodles with Org Green Tea.
  • Shredded Carrots 1.5 cups
  • Blanched Green Beans 1.5 cups
  • Chopped Italian Parsley ¼ cup
  • Dry Roasted Cashew Nuts 2 tbsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • For Dressing
  • Liquid Aminos ¼ cup
  • Minced Garlic 2 cloves
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Rice Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Red Pepper Flakes ¼ tsp
Instructions
  1. For Noodles: Soak Noodles in hot boiling water for 3 mins until al dente (submerge Noodles in Water completely and cover). Drain & Rinse to avoid Noodles sticking together. Toss with Olive Oil to thoroughly coat Noodles. Set aside.
  2. To make Dressing: Blend all ingredients for Dressing in blender/food processor. Set aside.
  3. Toss Noodles with Dressing & Vegs. Garnish with Italian Parsley & Cashew Nuts.
