Thao’s Favorite Gluten Free Muesli (delish for breakfast & snacks)

I love the bulk bins! No packaging, take as much or as little of anything, and there’s a ton of different foods to check out. A quick stop at the bulk bins and 15 mins top at home is all you need for this.
  • 2 cups lbs Rolled oats
  • ¼ cups Desiccated dried coconuts
  • ¼ cups Sesame seeds
  • ¼ cups Raw cashew pieces
  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, add the sesame seeds, stir often until turn golden brown. Turn off the heat. Put aside.
  2. In a big mixing bowl or salad bowl, mix all ingredients for the muesli. Add the sesame seeds last.
  3. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy with milk or yoghurt for breakfast. I love it for snack too.
  4. In the mood for something more fancy smanchy?
  5. You can add anything that you like at the bulk bin bar to this muesli. My favorite things to add are: linseeds, dried mango pieces, raw pistachio, raw macadamia.
  6. In the mood for something more decadent? I adore a mix of high quality white chocolate and cocoa nibbles.
