Exotic, effortless Gluten Free Holiday Side Dish
  • 2 servings Star Anise Foods’ Brown Rice Noodles with Organic Green Tea
  • 4 oz thinly sliced uncooked Chicken*, Beef* or firm Tofu*
  • 4 cups chopped Bok Choy
  • 2 cups sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
  • ½ tbsp. minced Garlic
  • 2 wedges Lime
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ¼ tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Cilantro (optional)
  1. Step 1: Cook Noodles. Set Noodles aside.
  2. Step 2: Heat Oil in a large frying pan. Set on medium-high heat. Add Garlic. Stir frequently until Garlic is browned. Add Beef/Chicken/Tofu. Saute approx. 3 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Step 3: Add Bok Choy and Mushrooms. Saute approx. 2 minutes. Add Sea Salt to taste.
  4. Step 4: Stir in Noodles. Mix thoroughly for 1 minute. Turn off heat.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle Cilantro on top. Add Black Pepper to taste.
