Ingredients
  • SALAD INGREDIENTS
  • 4 square Brown Rice Noodles with Organic Green Tea (109mg sodium, find it in the Grocery Section – Ethnic area)
  • ½ cup Green Onions
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 beefsteak Tomatoes
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp - Dry Cashews for garnish
  • SALAD DRESSING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Clove - Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 Handful - Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 tsp - Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Lime - Juice
  • 2 tsp - Braggs' Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tsp - Honey
  • 1 tbsp - Water
Instructions
  1. Rehydrate Noodles (soak in hot boiling water for 4 mins). Drain & Rinse.
  2. Chop green onions, yellow onions, and mushroom.
  3. Sautee green onions, yellow onions and mushrooms.
  4. Whisk Salad Dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Toss Noodles, Salad Ingredients with Salad Dressing.
  6. Garnish with Fresh Basil, Chopped Cashews & Lime Wedges.
